Print-on-demand services are fully automated and once the process is set in motion via the purchase of a product, the order will be fulfilled. The order is sent to a member of Gelato’s international printshop network closest to the geographical location of the buyer.

Relatively speaking, a lot of work goes in to the production of a single printed product. The seller accepts these costs, including shipping, in return for a relatively small profit. Add to this the fact that the purchase of a print-on-demand product represents a very personal choice on the part of the buyer. For all these reasons the store policies are as follows:

Cancellation

Once the the checkout process is completed there can be no cancellation of the order.

Refunds

A refund can only be accorded if the product is damaged, is the wrong product, is lost in shipping or if there is a problem with the quality of the product.

Any request for refund must be evaluated by Gelato and must be received within 30 days of purchase.

In the unlikely event of any such problem the buyer must contact Paul Berryman, who will in turn inform Gelato of the situation.
